Who We Are

Dr. Tiffany Thornton, Mrs. American 2025, is the founder of She Speaks, a faith-based nonprofit born from her own journey as a domestic violence survivor. For over a decade, she hid her story behind success and strength—until she realized silence protects shame, not healing. Tiffany created She Speaks to break that silence and help others do the same. Through education, storytelling, and faith, she equips women and children to recognize abuse, rebuild self-worth, and walk in freedom. Her mission is simple but powerful: when she speaks, others find the courage to rise, reclaim their voice, and heal loudly.

We believe lasting healing and true identity come through Jesus Christ. Every teaching, story, and resource is grounded in biblical truth and grace.

Every person has a voice that can bring light to dark places. We teach children and adults alike that speaking truth is both protection and purpose.

We bridge faith and psychology to provide practical, age-appropriate tools that help families and schools build emotional intelligence and healthy boundaries.

We walk with survivors as they rebuild confidence and purpose—transforming pain into advocacy that changes systems, homes, and hearts.

Healing is not meant to happen alone. We foster connection between women, families, educators, and professionals to create networks of strength and safety.

We believe God can restore what was broken and make all things new. Every life touched by She Speaks is a living testimony of Ezekiel 36:26—

“I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you.”
